Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package's progress.
International Shipping:
We do not offer International shipping at this time.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Enterprise Jewelers. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Here are the details:
30-Day Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and documentation.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team via email or our Contact Us page to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and documentation.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the provided return address.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect them.
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
Exchanges for a different size or product may be arranged based on availability.
Please Note:
Engraved or custom-made jewelry pieces are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors or damaged items.
